These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hd99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the hd99 website at hd99.club and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or participating in any gaming activity on hd99.

By accessing or using hd99 in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, or placing wagers — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the hd99 platform. hd99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions wherever the defined terms are used.

  "Platform"

  Refers to the hd99 website at hd99.club, including all pages, services, games, promotions, and features accessible through the website or any associated mobile browser interface.

  "Account"

  A registered user account created on the hd99 Platform, identified by a unique mobile number and password, through which the Player accesses the Platform's services.

  "Wager" / "Bet"

  Any real-money stake placed by a Player on a game, sporting event, live casino table, or other betting market available on the Platform, in Bangladesh Taka (৳).

  "Bonus Funds"

  Credits awarded to a Player's Account by hd99 as part of a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements and rollover conditions as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

Eligibility to Use hd99

To be eligible to register and use the hd99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform: (a) you are a natural person aged 21 years or older; (b) you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law; (c) you have not previously been excluded or suspended from the hd99 Platform or any other hd99-affiliated service; (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.

hd99 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or address at any time. If a Player cannot provide satisfactory documentation when requested, hd99 may suspend the relevant Account pending verification, or permanently close the Account and return any eligible undisputed balance in accordance with applicable procedures.

Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the hd99 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If hd99 detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, address, mobile number, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — all duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited. hd99 will use commercially reasonable methods to detect and close duplicate registrations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. hd99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact hd99 support immediately.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. hd99 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the information you have provided at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on hd99 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (৳). hd99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; funds must originate from a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) registered in the Player's own name. hd99 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hd99 Account balance within thirty (30) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers from supported Bangladesh banks (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank) are typically processed within one (1) business day. hd99 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. hd99 does not permit withdrawal to a different payment account than the one used to fund the Account, unless explicitly approved by hd99's compliance team following an identity verification review. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

hd99 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, require additional verification, or temporarily hold a withdrawal pending review in circumstances where hd99 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited automatically.

Bonuses and Promotions

hd99 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion at the time the promotion is offered. In case of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by hd99 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

  Wagering Requirements

  All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.

  One Bonus Per Player

  Each promotional bonus may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method. hd99 may use technical and manual checks to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Accounts found to be abusing promotional offers may have their bonuses voided and may be subject to account closure.

  Bonus Expiry

  All bonus funds have an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without notice or compensation.

  Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

  hd99 reserves the right to deduct any bonus funds (and associated winnings) from a withdrawal request where the applicable wagering requirement has not yet been met. Players who request a withdrawal before meeting their wagering requirement acknowledge that outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited as part of the withdrawal process.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Players are expected to use the hd99 Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

hd99 employs automated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, bonus abuse, and other prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, hd99 may take immediate protective action including account freezing, voiding of bets and bonuses, and permanent account closure. Any decision made by hd99 under this section is final subject to an internal review process available on written request.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hd99 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the property of hd99 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written permission of hd99.

The hd99 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of hd99. You may not use any hd99 trademark, service mark, or trade name without prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property belonging to hd99 or its licensors beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hd99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether hd99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. hd99's total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hd99 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond hd99's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. hd99 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize down time and notify Players of planned maintenance where practicable, but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

Account Suspension and Termination

hd99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable time; provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point; or conduct that hd99 reasonably considers detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its other Players.

Upon termination of an Account, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding verification requirements. hd99 is not liable to the Player for any losses or damages arising from a suspension or closure carried out in good faith under this section.

Privacy and Data Protection

hd99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at hd99.club/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hd99 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. hd99 does not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

hd99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hd99 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where the change is significant, hd99 may also notify active Players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the hd99 Platform after any change to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your Account by contacting hd99 support. hd99 will not be liable to you for any losses arising from your failure to review updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hd99 operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform and endeavours to resolve all Player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal customer support process.
